18gl reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Age or identity verification cannot be completed within the required timeframe;
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require 18gl to restrict or close the account;
• Account activity poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the platform;
• The account holder has been identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) requiring enhanced due diligence under applicable AML regulations.

Upon legitimate account closure not arising from prohibited conduct, any verified account balance will be returned to the account holder via the payment method on record, subject to applicable KYC verification requirements and AML compliance checks.
